Fees & Policies

Tyler accepts the following insurances for counseling and psychotherapy services: Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Aetna, Medical Mutual, OSU Staff/CoreSource, CareSource Medicaid & Marketplace, Paramount Advantage, Ohio Health/Optima, OSU Student/United Student. Clients may also be eligible for out-of-network insurance benefits.

Fees & Policies


Rate: $225 per individual session, self-pay only

Cash, credit card, & check accepted. Payment is expected at the close of each session.

Insurance: Although I am not an in-network provider for health insurance companies, you may be eligible for out-of-network benefits or to receive reimbursement through your FSA/HSA.  I can provide you with an invoice that may assist you with this process. Contact your insurance provider to understand your eligibility for reimbursement.

Cancellation & missed appointments: In order to ensure I can provide services to all my clients and to honor the work we do together, clients must give 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If you miss an appointment or cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your time, the full session rate of $225 will be charged.
